The METU English Proficiency Exam will be held in two stages on June 17^th and 22^nd at both METU NCC and METU Ankara campuses. Applicants for graduate assistantships, who have not satisfied English proficiency through other means, will have to take this exam. Further information can be obtained here.

The next METU English Proficiency Exam will be administered in two stages on September 13^th and 15^th, 2010.

METU NCC REDAR (Renewable Energy Design and Application Research) Group is starting joint research collaboration   on energy scavenging with Intel Corporation (USA) and METU MEMS Research Group.

METU NCC has become a member of the Middle East Energy Efficiency Research (MER) Center supported by Intel Corporation and KACST (King Abdul-Aziz City for Science and Technology).

METU NCC has signed an agreement with Solitem Group and EUS GmbH (both in Germany) to advance Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) technology through the construction of an on-site experimental CSP array.
